A model student enters a fictional world. Straight-A student Scarlet finds herself in the world of a fiction novel with her consciousness transmitted into the body of its antagonist, Ruby. Tasked with creating a new fate for the character, Scarlet is soon thrown into a romantic comedy as she begins to attract some male attention.
